hi all and welcome
we are mike and amanda and we run mnm rat rescue,
fancy rats make great pets and it is our mission to take in rats who need good homes and find them forever loving owners,
we have many rats up for adoption,they are truely lovely little animals and like most animals on here need a second chance,
rats are clean intelligent cute little furries and are a pleasure to own.Before looking in a pet shop please consider a rescue rat many we have took in have been in dire need we care for them love them and build up there trust in humans a tame rat is a true delight and gives as much back as you put into it.

please note we only let our rats go in same sexed pairs they are happier this way.
A lonely rat is a very unhappy rat.
we will vet homes as much as possible.
we offer after care if there are any worries or concerns we are always on the end of the phone.
if you would like help in rehoming your rats we are happy to help.

all we ask is a small donation to help cover the costs or all our residents lol

PLEASE THINK RESCUE WHEN GETTING A NEW PET

Can I just say alot of people have little time for the RSPCA for one reason or another but can I just say this.I have met the local Inspectors and the NCOS who take in the animals when the call goes out and if You saw their work their care Youd change Your mind.They are dedicated and go the extra mile I have known the NCOS go back and forward to catch strays and do everything they can to keep animals safe.

They work long hours in all weathers and to see the people go to the press moaning they where not there in one place whn wanted gets to Me.they cannot be everywhere although they do try.they are a small team and work hard so do the local co ordinators and centres like Wrekin View Vets.
